All prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our registered prescribers following a clinical review of your submitted information. Submitting a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.

Prescriptions issued through our service are valid only for the treatment and quantities specified. We are unable to alter or transfer prescriptions to third-party pharmacies.
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider.
Payment does not guarantee dispensing. If your prescription is not approved following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.
We do not store card details on our systems. All transactions are processed securely by our third-party payment provider.
Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery timescales thereafter are subject to our courier's terms.
We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, incorrect delivery addresses provided by you, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your delivery does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging appropriate for the product type.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. To cancel, please contact us immediately at the details provided on our website.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and medication prepared for dispatch, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds, in accordance with UK regulations governing the supply of prescription medicines.
If a product arrives damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange an appropriate remedy.
The information and services provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Lindley are intended to support, and not replace, the advice of your GP or other healthcare professional. You should always inform your own GP of any new medicines you are taking.
Weight loss medications may carry risks and side effects. You are encouraged to read all patient information leaflets supplied with your medication. If you experience any unexpected or serious side effects, stop the medication and seek medical advice immediately.
We accept no liability for outcomes resulting from information you have provided that is inaccurate, incomplete, or deliberately misleading.
